John Oakley-Smith (1949?-2021). Musical director and performer, actor.
Born in Zimbabwe, he studied at the University of Cape Town,

One of the founding members of Mannie Manim and Barney Simon’s The Company around 1974.
John was the musical director for productions of And Green And Golden, Cop-Out, Torch Song Trilogy, Madame Butterfly, Twelfth Night, or What You Will. He performed in Ain't We Got Fun.
