C. Utting
C. Utting was a South African playwright, living in Cape Town in the 1860s.
He wrote a historical play called Governor van Noot, or Things as They Were (also known as Governor van Noot or Things as They Were) in 1866 and a satire called Municipal Muddles, also known as Love in the Dark, in 1867.
