Performance history in South Africa
2001: First staged by the Fortune Cookie Theatre Company in the Wits Theatre Complex, directed by James Cunningham and Helen Iskander, with Sylvaine Strike (Olympia) and Brian Webber (Debonair).
2002: The same production was staged in the Barney Simon Theatre at the Market Theatre.
