Described as “… a savage, vicious modern play” by Brian Astbury, it was first performed in South Africa at The Space (Cape Town) from 30 May to 23 June 1973, directed by David Muir with Yvonne Bryceland as Norma Elliot and Percy Sieff as Frank Elliot. Sound by Angelo Iatrou, lighting by David Muir and stage manager Bee Berman.
