Performance history in South Africa
Leonard Schach directed the play for the Cockpit Players, September 1956 at the Hofmeyr Theatre, starring Webster Booth, Joyce Bradley, Cynthia Coller, Jane Fenn, Gavin Haughton, Sydney Welch and Anne Ziegler. Decor by David Crichton, costumes by Doreen Graves. At the piano were Keith Jewell and Geoffrey Miller.
