First staged by NTO in 1955-56 seasons, playing for 208 performances. Directed by Anna Richter-Visser, decor by Kobus Esterhuysen, starring Mathilde Hanekom as Mutti, Limpie Basson, Eghard van der Hoven, Tilana Hanekom, Jaco van der Westhuizen, Johann Nell, Cobus Rossouw, Sann de Lange and others.
Directed by Leonie Pienaar for K.A.T. in August 1955.
