("Mother Hanna") by Bartho Smit. A play about a mother and her mensfolk in the Anglo Boer war. First produced by NTO in its NTO Kamertoneel in 1959, directed by Smit himself, with Milla Louw as Moeder Hanna, Johan Malherbe as Ouboeta, Jan Bruyns as Bart Harmse, Siegfried Mynhardt Oupa and Lynette Kotzé as the daughter. Performed as a double bill with Meisies van Vervloë Jare.
