Also directed two Broadway hits, The Seven-Year Itch and Teahouse of the August Moon for the Brian Brooke Company, both starring Heather Lloyd-Jones. His last two shows for Brian Brooke were The Reluctant Debutante (1956) and the review-cum-musical Salad Days (1956). In 1960 he directed Adam Leslie’s For Love or Money as the inaugural production of the Playhouse. *
