The Johannes Stegmann Theatre is a theatre venue in the Transvaal town of Secunda.
The venue
Named after Johannes Augustus Stegmann [1], a fortmer chairman of the Sasol chemicals and energy company, which funded the project, the theatre was built in the mining town of Secunda in 1985. It opened and handed over to the town on 6 August 1986.
It is situated in Louwrens Muller Street, Secunda Central.
Secunda also has a second venue, the Basement Theatre at 3 Kiewiet Street Secunda.
