The Sedgefield Slow Festival is a multifaceted annual community festival held in the coastal town of Sedgefield on the Garden Route.
The festival
Consisting mainly of gastronomic, sporting and community activities, it offers a range of different food and drink vendors and many different craft stalls, each selling something local.
The festival also includes an arts component, including poetry readings, performances and so on. For example, in 2020 an evening of art and culture, poetry, acting and dance was held at Studio 42 on 27 March. It was referred to as Sedgefield Dimensions.
