Written by Bernard Buys and Dolf van Niekerk, based on the latter's short story, it was directed by Francois Swart for Heyns Films, with Marié du Toit (billed as Marie du Toit), Louis van Niekerk, Lieb Bester, Petru Wessels, Rex Hugo, June Neethling, Annette Engelbrecht, Dawid van der Walt, Regardt van den Bergh, Wilma Teihmann, Anieta Armand (billed as Anita Armand and Jamie Stewart.
The film was produced by Alan Girney, Thys Heyns and Leslie Richfield, with music by Gerry Bosman, cinematography by Rod Stewart and editing by Mac Errington.
