Waaihoek se Vinkel en Koljander (lit. "Windy Corner's fennel and coriander") is a musical comedy by Nico Luwes.

The original text
The play is set in Bloemfontein in aboiut 1954 and the name Waaihoek refers to an informal settlement that existed in Bloemfontein at the time, that was to be raged the following year and the people resettled under the apartheid legislation. "Vinkel en koljander" is an Afrikaans saying, basically meaning :"six of one and half a dozen of the other" - or perhaps "two peas in a pod".
It was written in 2000-2001, with financial support of the National Arts Council.
