Lot is one of an award-winning trilogy, together with Betésda and Babbel, of site specific plays written by Nicola Hanekom. It is designed to be staged in an open field across a train station.

Translations and adaptations

Performance history in South Africa

2011: It was first performed at the KKNK, directed by Hanekom, with Stian Bam, Neels van Jaarsveld, Tinarie van Wyk Loots, Brendon Daniels, Lerato Motshwarakgole and Jacques Theron.

2012: The same production was later staged by the State Theatre at a site in Frans Odendaal Street, Pretoria.
