Hasie Kalbassie ("lit. "(little) rabbit calabash") is a children's play by an unnamed author.

A short play about an arrogant rabbit and a wily tortoise and the new dam built by the animals.

The character Hasie Kalbassie was first introduced in the popular story collection Die mooiste Afrikaanse sprokies by Pieter W. Grobbelaar (), published by Human & Rousseau in 1968.
