En Die Son Skyn in Suid-Afrika (“And the sun is shining in South Africa”) is a play by Corlia Fourie.

The original text

A play about expatriots during the state of emergency of the 1980s, possibly originally written as a radio play.

1985:Presented by PACT, 1985, under the direction of Dawie Malan and Louis van Niekerk. Design by Dawie Malan, lighting by James MacNamara. The cast: Ilse van Hemert (Esther), Annelisa Weiland (Bettie), Kurt Egelhof (Adam), Lida Botha (Engela), Jakes Jacobs (Storm), Selma van der Vyver (Emma) and Albert Maritz (Flip).
