Kendrew Lascelles (1935-) [1]. English-born actor, comedian, mime, musician, writer.

He spent his youth and young childhood in South Africa, then - in 1960 - moved to the USA.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

Roles in Irma la Douce (1958), Wait a Minim! (he also did the choreography), The Fantasticks, Platonic Nymph.

He wrote a few plays featuring an African dimension, including The Trophy Hunters, Exclusive Circles and Blood Oasis.
