Jan Ellis (1973- ) [1] is a South African-born actor, director, writer and teacher. In 2007 he moved to Australia.
Not to be confused with the Springbok rugby player Jan Ellis (1943-2013) [2].

Career
After completing his training Ellis worked in South Africa as a teacher and as an actor on stage, film and television. He directed some stage productions and wrote some scripts and texts. In 2007, at the age of 34, he moved to Sydney in Australia to work in the digital media industry there.
