The Macdona Players was a company
Founded by Charles Macdona (1860–1946), an actor and theatre manager, in 1921, to specialise in plays by George Bernard Shaw.
They toured widely and toured South Africa with the Shaw's plays some time later with a repertoire that included Pygmalion, Candida and You Never Can Tell.
