De Moord van Dingaan aan Pieter Retief ("The murder by Dingane of Piet Retief") is a locally written Dutch tragedy in 4 acts by H.W. Teengs (fl 1860-1890).

The original text
A play based on a historical event, namely the death of the Voortrekker leader, Piet Retief, after having signed a treaty with the Zulu king Dingane at Ungungundlovu in Natal[1].
