Training

He studied at the University of the Witwatersrand 1982-1985, and graduated with a B.A. Hons - Dramatic Art.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

He had roles in Dinner Talk (1998), The Odd Couple (1997), Titus Andronicus (1995), Hellhound (1992), The Story I am about to Tell (1997), They Shoot Extras, Don't They? (2000), Apartheid on Trial (1994), Happy as a Sandbag (2000).

He produced John Hunt's Fireking1 at the Grahamstown Festival in 1988.

Dan has appeared in several television shows and feature films such as Cry, the Beloved Country.
