Biography
Training
He graduated from the University of Cape Town in the early 1990s.
Career
He was a member of CAPAB’s Theatre Co-op.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
As student: Murg; The Task (1989); 20th Century Mid-Year, National Arts Festival 1990 with Anthea Thompson, Tiffany Kelly and others directed by Peter Hayes.
He appeared in Jack and the Beanstalk; 'n Skewe Sirkel; Paradise is Closing Down (Revisited); Old Boys; Talk Radio; Trumpets and Raspberries; The Coolie Odyssey (2003), The Merry Wives of Windsor, The Importance of Being Earnest, Blithe Spirit.
He wrote Radio Man.
He co-operated with actress Anthea Thompson founding The Normal Company and writing, producing and touring several plays.
Awards, etc
While he was a student he won the Ellie Wollendorf Prize for Drama (1989).
