Biography

Training

Studied at the University of Stellenbosch from 1983. She left before completing the degree but returned to studying much later and was awarded a BA degree in December 2015.


Career

She worked for CAPAB and PACOFS.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

She has worked on several one-woman shows, often collaborating with Hennie van Greunen (in the very polular "Sussie"-series) or Chris Vorster (such as Met die Holm Gebore, Holm: Ge-marion-neer).

Christine (1987), Aap in die Mou, Anatomie Titus Fall of Rome, Don Gxubane Onner die Boere (1994), Jong Dames Dinamiet, Liewe Heksie, Mis, Die Nag van Legio, Panorama, Piekniek by Dingaan, Die Proponentjie, Amadeus, Oedipus Rex, Tartuffe, The Sleeping Beauty, Slegs vir Almal, Die Van Aardes van Grootoor, Vat Hom, Flaffie!, 'n Brommer in die Boord, Quartet, Ubu Roi, Oedipus by Hugo Claus, The Good Soldier Svejk, Fringe Benefits, The Woman Who Cooked Her Husband, Dolle as Kop-af (KKNK 2001).
