In the 1979 romantic comedy Talley’s Folly, American playwright Lanford Wilson, born in 1937 [1], uses the charming (if creaky) “odd couple” formula to discuss history and class.
Opened 30 August 1982 at Upstairs at the Market directed by Bobby Heaney. Performed in the Baxter Theatre in 1983, directed by Bobby Heaney for the Market Theatre Company. Cast: Anthony Fridjhon, Dorothy-Ann Gould. See also Fifth of July.
