She was one of the stars of the PACT Afrikaans company in the 1960-1970s.
After 2000 she spent a total of eight years abrod, teaching at a drama school and attending various drama courses.
She offers a diploma course in drama in Witrivier (2017).
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Her many performances include roles in **** *** P.G. du Plessis’s Mattewis en Meraai, in François Swart’s production of P.G. du Plessis’s 'n Seder val in Waterkloof together with Johan Malherbe, Don Lamprecht, Frans Marx and Wilna Snyman was a huge success for PACT in 1975.
As director she did some plays for the Suid-Afrikaanse Polisie Toneelgeselskap in Pretoria in the early 1970s.
