Mr Thompson, or Which is He? is a farce in two acts, apparently performed under this name in Cape Town by the Private Amateur Company on 25 May, 1835, according to Bosman (1928, p. 206). It was done as afterpiece to The Gambler's Fate, or A Lapse of Twenty Years (Thompson).
In actual fact is was most probably a local title given to the two act farce Monsieur Tonson by Moncrieff.
