The Will for the Deed is a comedy in three acts by Thomas John Dibdin (1771 – 1841)[1]

The original text

First performed at the Theatre-Royal, Covent-Garden and printed in London by in 1804 and by Longman, Hurst, Rees, and Orme in 1805.
