1979: Opened at the Nico Malan Theatre on 10 March 1979, presented by CAPAB Drama. Directed by Roy Sargeant, starring Michael Atkinson, Paul Slabolepszy, Roger Dwyer, Peter Cartwright, Ronald France, Neville Thomas, Simon Swindell, Jonathan Rands, Brian Kennedy, Murray Leppan, Mary Dreyer, Diane Wilson, Clare Stopford, Joyce Bradley, Theresa Iglich. Set and costume designer Raimond Schoop, lighting designer John T. Baker. Music composed by Michael Tuffin. Choreography and period movement by Gary Gordon.
