1979: Staged at the Baxter Theatre by the Toerien-Firth Company, directed by Joan Kemp-Welch, with Michael Richard (Tom), Lynne White (Annabel), Brian Darnley (Bert Hopkins), Vera Blacker (Mrs Cartwright), Richard Cox (Bill), Pamela Jacobs (Mrs Steward-Dubonnet), Alan Granville (Inspector) and Pat Purr-Burman (Isabel). Later Anthony Fridjhon, Claudia Eden and Nicholas Ellenbogen replaced members of the cast.
