Sibongile Bax Dale (also known by its acronym of SBD) is an arts incubation programme, co-founded by Pamela Nomvete and Nicholas Beveney, and is named after Nomvete's parents.
In 2015 the project hosted the Rise Up and Walk International Youth Arts Festival at the Joburg Theatre, where the performers included some of the young people who've gone through the SBD programme.
