South African performances
First staged in The Gym at The Space (Cape Town) in 197*. Directed by Mavis Taylor, with Ivan Abrahams, Carlos da Silva, Leonard Downing, Andrea Fine, Errol Hart, Pule Lonake, Silamour Philander, Gail Reagon, Nathi Rula and Clare Stopford. Design by Anton Johnson, costumes by Birrie le Roux, lighting by John Roberts and stage management by Shauna Johnson.
