Manfred Hermer. (19**-). A theatre technician and architect(?).
- He designed the intimate 510 seater Reps Theatre which opened on the seventh November 1951 in Stiemens Street, Braamfontein. He also designed the Johannesburg Civic Theatre which opened August 1962. As a member of the South African Institute of Theatre Technology and an associate of Mannie Manim, helped in the search for a theatre for The Company and later became involved in the designing of The Market Theatre.
