The company
Founded and led by renowned filmmaker Dirk de Villiers, it was one of the earliest prominent Afrikaans and South African TV production entities, creating classic SABC series (best known perhaps for the award-winning Boer War series Arende (1989) and children's/educational programs like Interster (1982), Sewer Rats, Lied van die Lappop, and Thabure. Feature films included : Jantjie (1984) and Kalahari Harry (1994).
The company closed following financial restructurings in the 1990s.
