I Musicanti was a Cape Town-based string orchestra. It was run for several years by Allan Stephenson. The orchestra performed an annual concert series at the Baxter Theatre (1978-1984).
The Cape Town orchestra continues as Musicanti Chamber Orchestra, a group of amateur string players.
