Parasiten ("Parasites") is a German play by Marius von Mayenburg (1972-)[1]

The original text

A German play first performed in 1999, it is a play about four young people who are so physically and psychologically dependent on each other, that their situation takes on parasitical dimentions.

Translated into English as Parasites by Laurent Muhleisen.

Translated into Afrikaans as Teer by Saartjie Botha.
