Ensovoort ("and so forth", subtitled: 'n tydskrif vir poësie) was an Afrikaans literary journal largely devoted to poetry.
Published in Pretoria from 1981 to 1997, appearing twce a year. Edited by Johann Lodewyk Marais (editor), René Marais (assistant editor), and a board consisting of Johann de Lange, Louis Esterhuizen, Joan Hambidge, Mabel Rossouw, Pieter Uys, Pieter van der Lugt, Thijs van der Merwe and Johan van Wyk.
Each issue tended to focus on a specific writer, some of them not only poets, but also playwrights, translators and performers (e.g. T.T. Cloete, Wilma Stockenström).
Ensovoort was published with limited administrative help from the Centre for South African Literatures (CENSAL) at the HSRC.
