Mara Louw (1952-). Singer and performer.

Performed in Meropa, King Kong, African Odyssey, The Crucible (with PACT).

She starred in Barnum (1983), Showboat, (Kern & Hammerstein), PACT, 1985; Mayibuye iAfrica at the Warehouse in 1987 and in the PACT-Lindberg production of King Afrika at the Standard Bank Arena in 1988.

She was one of the judges in the M Net Idols competition.

Mara received two lifetime achievement awards. Her autobiography It's Me, Mara was published in 2016.
