1977: Presented at the Market Theatre, starring Nomkhitha Bavuma, Cora Fana, Amelia Mbeje, Johanna Mohamed, Pinky Ngxangane, Thoko Ntshinga, Poppy Sikwane, Harriet Thobane, Sam Bodibe, Eric Kathi, Leon Maya, Jerry Mayisa, Smal Ndaba, Mzwandile Ngxangane, Murch Sikwane. Choreography by Wally Green, tribal dances arranged by Jerry Mayisa, lighting by Michael Lovegrove, costumes by Di Cohen et al. The musical directors were Victor Ntoni and Michelle Maxwell and Eugene du Plessis was the production manager. The musicians were Michelle Maxwell, Ezra Ngcukana, Timmy Kwebulana, Lawrence Mazibuko and Victor Ntoni.
