She was the first student of the Stellenbosch University Drama Department to take the B. Dram. qualifying examination at the end of 1963.
Career
She joined CAPAB after graduating.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
As a student she had roles in Bruid in die Môre, A Phoenix too Frequent, Jonkvrou Edelwater (1962), The Importance of Being Earnest (1963).
Other roles include those in productions of Die Getemde Feeks (1964), Tweede Viool (1964), Lokval! (1964), Die Kaalkop Prima Donna (1964).
She was the co-translator of Drie Dae Meester.
