He starred in King Richard II at Maynardville in 1968 in the lead role, Noël Coward’s Present Laughter (Johannesburg Reps, 1969), Joseph Surface in The School for Scandal (CAPAB 1969), Malvolio in Twelfth Night (CAPAB 1969), Othello (Maynardville, 1970), The Way of the World and The Cherry Orchard, both CAPAB 1970*.
He directed Macbeth for CAPAB in 1972.
