Biography
She was born in Pretoria and raised in Pretoria and Johannesburg.
Training
Career
She was involved with Child Welfare and was appointed Principal of Eersterust Creche. Her involvement in the planning of productions and performances in lead roles for EPAC prompted her to become a professional actress in 1981.
She became involved in politics in the late 1990s.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
She was a founder member of the Eersterus Performing Arts Council
She had roles in Ek, Anna van Wyk, Miscarriage of Murder, Kanna hy kô Hystoe, Mooi Maria, Kruispaaie, Die Trem se Naam Begeerte,
On television she has appeared in Agter Elke Man, The Mantis Project, River Horse Lake, etc.
She had a role in the film Swansong for Charlie which was developed by Paul Slabolepszy and produced and directed by Bobby Heaney in 2003.
