Career
Hazel retired as head of Drama Studies Department, University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg campus in 2006 after a career of 37 years.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Since 2004: Amanda in The Glass Menagerie, Mrs Alving in Ghosts. She played Miss Helen in The Road to Mecca.
