Training
He graduated from the University of Pretoria, circa 1969.
Career
He was a member of PACT Drama 1970-1979. He joined CAPAB in 1980.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He acted in Arme Marat and Die Reënmaker for PACT. For CAPAB he appeared in El Grande de Coca Cola, Die Fisici. Mooi Maria, Die Reënmaker, Kom Terug, Klein Skeba, People are Living There (1982),
Other roles were in Ampie (TRUK 1970), Investigations into the Death of a Greek (PACT 1972), Ampie Oppie Diekens (PACT 1972), Dubbelspel met die Dood (PACT 1974), 'n Man met Vakansie (PACT 1976), Anastasia (PACT 1977), Die Dagboek van Anne Frank (PACT 1977), Jôli-Jôli (PACT 1977), Saterdag, Sondag, Maandag (TRUK 1978), Die Keiser (PACT 1978), Die Kersietuin (PACT 1979), Die Drie Van Der Walts (PACT 1979), Charley se Tante (PACT 1983), Die Geldpot (CAPAB 1980), Donkerwerk is Konkelwerk (KRUIK 1980), Faan in Faan se Trein (CAPAB 1981), Die Joiner (CAPAB 1982), Op Hoop van Seën (KRUIK 1982), Die Swerfjare van Poppie Nongena (KRUIK 1981).
