Gaenor Becker (19**-) is an actress and theatrical agent.

Biography

The prominent attorney, politician, sportsman and amateur actor and director C.V. Becker (aka Clarry Becker) was her grandfather.

Studies and career

She studied Speech and Drama at the University of Cape Town, then ebnt on to enjoy a career of modelling and acting, until opening her first agency when Television was first introduced into South Africa in 1976. In 1997 she established Gaenor Artiste Management.

As actress she has appeared on stage in An Ideal Husband (1969), The School for Scandal (1969) , Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead (1969) and as “Sheila” in A Friend Indeed, directed by English actor David Tomlinson (1973)
