Going Home the photographic project

The project

According to photographer Paul Weinberg, he andSantu Mofokeng embarked on a photographic project called Going Home in 1986-1989. He says that it was first shown at anti-apartheid Zabalaza Festival in 1988, then at the Tatham Gallery in Pietermaritzburg in 1989/1990 and at the Canon Gallery in Amsterdam in the early 1990s.
