Melanie Dobbs (19**-) Actress, acrobat, stage manager.
Her career started in 1978. She was senior stage manager at the Market Theatre during which time she staged managed numerous productions including 14 local and 3 international tours: Born in the RSA in Britain and USA, Sarafina! at the Linclon Centre in New York and Have You Seen Zandile? in Germany and Holland.
She worked on The Haunted Host (Fringe & Market Theatre, 1980-81) and Woza Albert!.
She was company/stage manager for Shadowlands and the 1992 production of Playland.
