Amanda de Lange (1961-) is a journalist, reviewer and life coach with her own business.

Biography
Received her schooling at Hoërskool Dr E.G. Jansen (1974-1978), then completed a BA (Hons), Communication (1979-1982) at the University of Johannesburg.
She then entered the media world to become a journalist and reviewer with Media24 for the next 30 years, working on almost every aspect of the media industry, from hard news, social issues, finances, entertainment, lifestyle, and travel. Amanda was also the founding editor of the first Afrikaans parenting magazine in South Africa, Baba & Kleuter ("Baby & Toddler"). In this period she also translated a number of books into either Afrikaans or English.
