Neil is an alumnus of the University of the Witwatersrand.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He directed the Victoria Theatre production of The Rocky Horror Show in 1993, Jo'burg Follies 5 1997, the NAPAC production of Taboo or Not Taboo, We 3 (1994), What About Luv?.
Neil starred in the double bill All's Well and Resurrection at the National Arts Festival Student Drama in 1985.
