Pat Schwartz (19*-). Journalist, reviewer and publisher.

Biography

Married Raymond Tucker, in 1971, and they had two children. She became director of Wits University Press, working under her married name of Pat Tucker, from 199*-.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

She worked for the Weekly Mail as reviewer, and later wrote the first official history of the Market Theatre (The Best of Company. The Story of Johannesburg's Market Theatre) in 1988.

Awards, etc.

She won a Vita Award in the category "Theatre Research" in 1988 for The Best of Company.
