Charles Stodel (19**-) was a South African stage performer and poet.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He has appeared on stage in Night (June 1950), Hassan (1950), The Immoralist (circa 1956), The Strong Are Lonely at the Library Theatre, Johannesburg, in June 1957, Peter Pan at the Johannesburg Reps Theatre for Christmas 1957, as Mr Samuel in The Red Silk Umbrella (1962), Guys and Dolls (JODS , 1965), The Deadly Game (1965), the revue What Was, Was! (1965), The Minstrel Scandals for ACT (1966), Fiddler on the Roof (1969), Hello Dolly! at His Majesty's Theatre in 1980, West Side Story (PACT Opera production at the State Theatre, Pretoria, from 27 November 1995.
