1940: : ''A Hundred Years Old'' was presented by the [[University of Cape Town]]’s Speech and Drama Department and their University Dramatic Society at the [[Little Theatre]] in April, directed by [[George Vollaire]].
 
 
 
1956: Performed in the Kirsipuu [[Afrikaans]] translation by the [[National Theatre Organisation]] as ''[[Honderd Jaar Oud]]''.
 
 
 
1957: Performed in the Kirsipuu [[Afrikaans]] translation by the [[National Theatre Organisation]] under the title ''[[Oupa Kanniedood]]''. Directed by [[Jannie Gildenhuys]], who also played the role of Antonon. Others in the cast were [[Siegfried Mynhardt]], [[Francois van Wyk]], [[Susan Jansen]], [[San de Lange|Sann de Lange]], [[Cobus Rossouw]], [[Tilana Hanekom]], [[Retha Erasmus]], [[Eghard van der Hoven]] as Trino, [[Leonora Nel]] as Currita.
